Weigh one tablespoon (15 mL)
- Place an empty container on your scale and press Tare/Zero.
- Add one level tablespoon (15 mL) of powder. Don’t pack it down.

Check your spoon’s marking: tablespoon sizes vary by country. Use 15 mL for this method.
Other units use US measurements. For ¼ cup, enter 0.25; for ½ cup, enter 0.5. Fluid ounces measure volume, not weight.
